Alan Crain, the Chairman of the Board, is the former Senior Vice President, Chief Legal & Governance Officer of Baker Hughes, and has served in various corporate leadership positions in the energy and data sectors. Alan also serves as an arbitrator and is a prominent voice in academic and professional settings on issues of corporate governance. Alan is currently the Chairman of the Houston Committee on Foreign Relations and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations in New York.
Founder & CEO
Catherine A. Rogers is a scholar of international arbitration and professional ethics at Bocconi University in Milan, with a dual appointment as Professor of Ethics, Regulation, and the Rule of Law at Queen Mary, University of London, where she is also Co-Director of the Institute for Ethics and Regulation. Her scholarship focuses on the convergence of the public and private in international adjudication, the intersection of markets and regulation in guiding professional conduct, and on the reconceptualization of the attorney as a global actor. Catherine teaches, lectures, and publishes on these topics around the world, including as an invited participant at two Stanford-Yale Junior Faculty Fora.
Catherine is a Reporter for the American Law Institute’s Restatement of the U.S. Law of International Commercial Arbitration. Before entering academia, Catherine clerked for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and practiced international litigation and arbitration in New York, Hong Kong, and San Francisco.

Nicholas Reed is the Senior Vice President of Product and R&D at LexisNexis’ AI endeavor, Knowable, which focuses on contract analytics. He is also the co-founder and COO of Ravel Law–a leading judicial analytics firm that was acquired by LexisNexis in 2017. Nik brings a range of knowledge and experience in legal tech, data analytics, legal publishing, and artificial intelligence. Nik also has substantial international experience, including studies in France and legal education outreach in Afghanistan.
William C. Eacho

Ambassador Eacho served as the U.S. Ambassador to Austria from 2009-2013 and was a member of the Senior Advisory Group to the Director of National Intelligence from 2013 to 2017. His present initiatives include roles as Co-Founder and CEO of the Partnership for Responsible Growth, which leads an effort in Washington, DC to advocate for pricing carbon to address the climate change crisis, Vice Chairman of Pixspan, Inc. and management of a family investment portfolio focused on real estate and private equity.
His former roles include founding Chairman of UniPro Foodservice, Inc., which grew to $20 billion in revenues under his leadership; CEO of Carlton Capital Group; and Executive Vice President of Alliant Foodservice Inc., then a $6 billion national foodservice distributor. Ambassador Eacho is a Visiting Professor of the Practice in the Sanford School of Public Policy at Duke University. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School (1979) and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Duke University.
