Christopher Zorn

Christopher is the Liberal Arts Professor of Political Science, Professor of Sociology and Criminology (by courtesy), and Affiliate Professor of Law at Pennsylvania State University. He holds a Ph.D. in political science from Ohio State University (1997) and a B.A. in political science and philosophy from Truman State University (1991).

Christopher founded and built LawyerMetrics LLC, a research and analytics firm that used data and analytics to optimize their personnel, management, and client services processes. Clients included more than two dozen AmLaw 200 law firms, as well as law schools, bar associations, and other legal services organizations. LawyerMetrics was acquired by AccessLex in 2015.

Cherine Foty

Cherine Foty is a Senior Associate in International Arbitration in Paris. She obtained a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan, a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School, and a LL.M. in French and European Law from the Sorbonne Law School in Paris. She is a dually qualified common law and civil law lawyer, a member of the New York and Paris Bars, and a US-French dual national.

Cherine is a Board Member of ArbitralWomen, a Steering Committee Member and Board Liaison of Young ArbitralWomen Practitioners, and a Steering Committee Member of the Campaign for Greener Arbitrations. She is also a member of the Rising Arbitrators’ Initiative. She is a recognized leader on diversity initiatives.
