DISPUTE RESOLUTION IN THE DIGITAL ECONOMY

Founder and CEO Catherine Rogers has been invited to deliver an ‘Update on Arbitrator Intelligence’ at a forthcoming workshop co-hosted by the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law, the Ministry of Justice of Japan and the JIDRC. 

The ‘Dispute Resolution in the Digital Economy’ Workshop, taking place on March 30-31, 2021 (5 pm JST | 10 am CEST),  will feature Japan’s Proposal on Stocktaking of Dispute Resolution in the Modern Context.
